As to payment:

I would want it would be through paypal since my I have writers who are from USA and other countries. I want a uniform payment system so that I will not be hassled when it comes to payment.

Those who do not have paypal account:

1. Go to www.paypal.com
2. sign up

Payment will be twice a month.
