Am a retired industrial engineer. My field of work has always been with food manufacturing. Used to work with companies like San Miguel, Purefoods, Marfishing in Zambo (loining and canning tuna plant) and GENU, a carrageenan production plant. Now that am retired, am doing a little business of my own making processed food. Am also retailing LPG gas which allows me to exercise lifting and delivering the gas cylinders myself. Am married with 3 grown up children- a boy, Iñaki, who is working with Petron, a girl, Angie, who is teaching in a British international school (Beacon) and who at the same time is finishing her PhD, and another boy, Chavi, who is working at the front desk at Shangrila hotel.
